Indiana…ranked 13, higher than I expected, but when I looked at the breakdowns..it seems to be because of some good scores in workforce development..not so much in early childhood or teacher accountability and training.. Very interesting, Thanks JJ for posting this

Florida ranked 10th this year according to the Miami Herald but when NO state gets an A, that’s a tough grading curve!
