I don’t know about Britain but, when my son was in public elementary school, I remember a lot of parental townhall-like outrage, toward schools that were producing “dumbed-down” kids, which led directly to the “stifling, test-obsessed structure” we have now. Well, that was my perception of what happened 🙂

Which maybe should remind us all that town hall outrage may be justified but not productive, in fact can makes things worse?
